Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline — generating leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career with the drive to grow into an Account Executive role in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Prospecting : Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls , emails , and LinkedIn outreach✅ Lead Qualification : Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT , SPICED , or similar📅 Meeting Setting : Book discovery meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives📊 CRM Management : Log activities and manage pipelines using HubSpot , Salesforce , or similar🎯 Performance : Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for outreach volume and meetings bookedRequirements
Experience
1–2 years in sales , recruiting , customer support , or other client-facing roles ( preferred but not required )Skills
Strong written and verbal English (Spanish / Portuguese a plus)Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections with resilienceDriven, self-starting mindset with a love for fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , or Salesloft is a plusWhat Success Looks Like
