About the Role
We are seeking a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity . The ideal candidate will either :
Be bilingual in Spanish , or
Have experience practicing in SSDI law .
You’ll work closely with our client's legal team to review and edit case documents, legal briefs, and supporting materials prior to submission . This position offers flexible hours, a steady workload, and the potential to expand to full-time (40 hours / week) based on caseload and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and court requirements.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to maintain consistency and quality in filings.
Provide insights and recommendations for case improvement where applicable.
Requirements
Qualifications
Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required).
Experience in SSDI law or fluency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable).
Strong legal writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
Must reside outside the U.S. (overseas candidates preferred).
Details
Hours : 30 hours per week (option to increase to 40 based on caseload)
Location : Fully remote (international / overseas candidates encouraged)
Compensation : Competitive, commensurate with experience
