Descripción del trabajo3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing within e-commerce. Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email automation and segmentation). Proficiency in Shopify CRM integrations and GA4 performance tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Authorized to work as a remote contractor and available during Pacific Time hours. Compensation & Perks : USD $1,500 – $2,000 / month (DOE); access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ services; on-time, in-currency pay; flexible paid time off policy; learning and development stipends.

Core Outcomes
- Design and manage automated email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, cart abandon, win-back).
- Execute weekly campaigns with pixel-perfect QA and on-time launches.
- Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy.
- Partner with design and marketing teams to align creative and conversion goals.
