We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Belen, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).

Position overview

The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting data monitoring, visualization, and analysis activities to drive insights and operational improvements. This position involves working closely with internal teams to collect, interpret, and present data through dashboards and reports. The analyst will primarily use Grafana for data visualization, alongside Splunk, Tableau, GraphSQL, and SQL to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.

Position's General Duties and Tasks :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize real-time dashboards and reports primarily in Grafana.
• Monitor data feeds and ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of analytics outputs.
• Work with Splunk to analyze logs and identify performance trends or anomalies.
• Assist in creating visual reports and dashboards in Tableau to communicate business insights.
• Query, extract, and manipulate data from GraphSQL and SQL databases as needed.
• Support senior analysts and business teams in data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in data quality checks and ensure alignment with reporting standards.
• Document processes, dashboards, and report structures for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on visualization and analytics tools
