Role summary You will lead the strategic administration, technical management, and optimization of the Yardi Voyager platform and its associated modules across a national senior housing portfolio.
As a team lead, you’ll oversee system configuration, security, and integrations—ensuring platform stability, compliance, and alignment with business needs while supporting analysts and technical staff in delivering scalable, efficient solutions.
Responsibilities Oversee and manage Yardi Voyager and related modules, including Aspire, ensuring optimal system performance and integrity.
Lead a team of analysts and technical staff, acting as an escalation point for complex system issues.
Guide Yardi module rollouts, integrations, and property onboarding processes.
Maintain system security roles, user access, and compliance controls.
Collaborate with business units to align Yardi capabilities with operational and strategic objectives.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for escalated incidents across modules.
Manage high-priority help desk tickets and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and best practices.
Create and maintain SQL queries, Yardi custom reports, and data extractions.
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and system insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor new Yardi features, upgrades, and API tools to ensure innovation and performance excellence.
Ensure adherence to SLAs for ticket resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements – Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7 years of experience in property management, enterprise IT security operations, or system administration.
Proven experience managing or supporting CRM or ERP platforms (Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL (queries, data extraction, and reporting).
Expertise in Yardi Voyager platform and associated modules.
Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and integrations.
Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-haves (optional) Relevant certifications (ITIL, MS SC-300, AD DS, AWS IAM).
Experience with Yardi products such as Voyager 7s, Payscan, Vendor Café, Resident Café, and Senior CRM.
Experience building reports with Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) and APIs.
Background in the senior housing or property management industry.
Familiarity with Agile and project management practices.
