Responsibilities :
Establish and implement the strategic vision for the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) department within the pharmaceutical manufacturing division.
Successfully implement ECM solutions to optimize document management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop innovative solutions
Lead a team of individuals with strong work ethics, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Improve operational performance by adopting effective approaches, optimizing procedures, and embracing technological advancements.
Proven ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within strict timelines
Foster effective communication and collaboration with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ECM or related roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving projects to completion
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proven ability to determine and implement effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals
