Appointment Setters (Remote)

Tropical Hardwood is hiring Appointment Setters to join our growing remote sales team!

We’re looking for motivated, English-speaking individuals who can communicate confidently, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments with prospective clients worldwide.

Responsibilities :

✅ Make outbound calls and follow up on warm leads

✅ Schedule appointments for our sales executives

✅ Maintain daily call records using Google Sheets or CRM tools

✅ Communicate professionally in spoken and written English

You’ll be qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our closers. This is NOT a script-only role you need to listen, understand, and guide prospects through the process with professionalism and confidence.

Requirements :

Must speak and understand English fluently.

Must have a smartphone or computer with internet access.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage (but not required).

Eligible Countries include :

Spanish Speakers : Venezuela

English-speaking : Kenya, Nigeria, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Liberia, Malawi, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Uganda.

French | Arabic - speaking (must also speak English Language and either of French or Arabic) : Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Togo, Madagascar, Burundi, Guinea, Mauritania, Somalia, Sudan.
