Job Title : UI / UX Designer

Schedule : Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift)

Salary : $10 - $15 (negotiable based on experience)

Lago is looking for a top-tier UI / UX Product Designer to own the user experience across both web and mobile.This is a ground-up build. You'll work side-by-side with our developer to create something clean, modern, and intuitive. If you love designing tools that people actually enjoy using, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design process from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and polished UI
• Design responsive interfaces that look great and feel smooth across desktop and mobile
• Collaborate closely with developers to make sure the final product matches the design vision
• Run user research and use real feedback to improve the experience
• Create and manage a design system that keeps everything consistent and scalable
