Product Designer - Service Catalog

This role will play a key part in shaping the design and delivery of user-centric, efficient, and scalable services on the ServiceNow platform. The position will work closely with stakeholders across IT and our business to analyze current service experiences, define requirements, and design streamlined service solutions.

• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end services within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, process owners, and stakeholders to translate service requirements into practical and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct user research, workshops, and service assessments to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes, and other design artifacts to communicate service experiences.
• Ensure consistency and usability across ServiceNow services by adhering to design best practices and governance standards.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of service designs and conduct testing to validate functionality.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring service performance and gathering user feedback.
• Advocate for a user-centric design approach across IT service management initiatives.
• Use the ServiceNow Demand process and Jira to manage / track work.
