Your Role

You’ll bring customer truth into the product cycle end-to-end—clarifying needs, defining practical requirements, and validating new features through real inspection workflows. You’ll make sure engineering has clean inputs, Support has accurate context, and releases match how features behave in the field. Your documentation, testing, and insight will help the team ship confidently and consistently.

You’ll :

• Summarize customer needs and workflow gaps with clear, structured insights
• Translate those needs into straightforward, engineering-ready requirements
• Test new features like a field user through full end-to-end inspections
• Document decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and expected behavior
• Verify Support issues, reproduce root causes, and confirm fixes
• Coordinate release readiness with Support and Marketing
• Keep release notes accurate and grounded in real usage
• Spot recurring patterns and share data-backed recommendations with Product
