Amplia Experiencia como Ingeniero de Sistemas o carrera afín.

4 a 5 años de experiencia en soporte de preventa (captura de requerimientos, presentación de productos, presentación de demos, etc.) a clientes institucionales (gobierno, privado)

2 a 3 años de experiencia en preparación de RFPs (Nivel público y privado)

4 a 5 años de experiencia en administrar relaciones con fabricantes de software.

Certificación ITIL Foundation 4 (O ITSM equivalente)

Conocimiento real en implementaciones ITSM, herramientas de monitoreo de redes, herramientas de gestión de EndPoints (parcheo), herramientas de seguridad en Endpoints (Si fuese específicamente en ManageEngine mejor, pero cualquier experiencia con competidores es funcional)

Conocimiento de soluciones Cloud (Azure, AWS)

Conocimiento en OS Windows y Linux

Inglés : B2
