The Digital Inside Sales within Accenture Operations is focused on advertising products using outsourced tele sales operations. In partnership with marketing, we drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls.

As PPSM Senior Manager you will manage the delivery of a program or contracted service to meet schedule, budget, quality and service level requirements. Manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders. Track, measure and report project costs, performance issues and risks. Manage financial, contractual and operational commitments in alignment with contract and cost management targets as well as plan and manage resource staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management :

Lead and support a Sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth.

Business Operator :

Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost / benefit analyses.

Leading high-performing teams while orchestrating complex, cross-channel digital strategies for market-leading brands.

Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.

Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs.

Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, sales training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Liaise with clients and deliver client asks.

Coaching and mentoring supervisors / Managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams.

Conduct weekly / monthly / quarterly reviews with Sales supervisors.

Policy Adherence :

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance.

Performance Reporting and Analysis :

Generate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.

Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives.

Requirements :

12 years over all experience.

Extensive expertise in scaling digital operations and maximizing ROI

7 years of relevant experience in performance Marketing, growth marketing and Digital Inside Sales.

Master's degree (preferably in marketing or business or gained equivalent experience selling digital solutions for 1+ years).

Minimum required English level : C1+

Communication- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and effectively to team members, superiors, and other stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills.

Conflict resolution- Proficiency in resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

Adaptability- Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams. Show agility while managing changing circumstances, adapt to new technologies, and navigate through evolving business environments.

Relationship building- Skill in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and other external partners.

Time management- Effective time and task management abilities to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Financial acumen- Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management relevant to the specific role.

Creativity and innovation- Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and innovate solutions to improve processes or drive business growth.

People Management- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with team, colleagues, superiors, and subordinates fostering a positive and productive team culture. Display a high level of Emotional Intelligence and ability to empathize with and understand emotions.

Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have minimum 6 years supervisory / management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and / or supervisory roles.

Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.

Experience in managing corporate sales.

Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition.

Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts

Other skills :

Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement & consistent business growth.

Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs.

Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments.

Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions.

Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders.

Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement.

Experience working with CRM systems.

Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills
