Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team, fostering growth and high performance
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to launch new products and processes
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the integration of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems
• Manage the manufacturing engineering budget and resource allocation
• Partner with suppliers to evaluate new technologies and reduce costs
• Provide technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and customer focus
• Lead CAPA and NCR investigations and reporting
• Represent the voice of the customer across operations and engineering
• Report on operational KPIs and lead improvement activities
