JOB SUMMARY
ATL Technology is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to join our team in Alajuela, Costa Rica. This role is responsible for organizing and managing engineering change requests and ensuring accurate documentation and data consistency across systems and sites. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-managed, and experienced in ERP and PLM systems.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar or relevant roles (required)
- Associate / technical degree or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business Administration (required)
- Previous experience in engineering change management and document control (required)
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, INFOR, JD Edwards, or equivalent (required)
- Experience in the medical device industry (preferred)
- Experience with PLM software such as F3M / UpChain, EPDM, Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile, or equivalent (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO / ECR / CS / ECN), including status verification and follow-upFacilitate and lead ECO meetings for both Utah and Costa Rica sitesManage item / part creation requests and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP systemMaintain consistent Master Data of items / parts and BOMs across all sitesMonitor and control activities to ensure closure according to IRB plans, escalating issues when necessaryABOUT ATL TECHNOLOGY
