Pavago is hiring for one of its clients in the home services industry. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills, and prior experience working within a US-based home service market. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound customer calls into scheduled service jobs while promoting membership offerings, ensuring each customer receives a professional and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
Call Handling & Sales Conversion
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Convert inbound calls into scheduled service jobs through effective communication.
- Achieve and maintain an average of 15 scheduled jobs per day within the first 90 days, with continued improvement over time.
- Maintain 180–210 minutes of daily call time.
Membership Promotion
Present and promote membership programs during eligible customer interactions.Meet or exceed assigned membership enrollment targets.Customer Experience & Documentation
Provide clear, professional, and supportive communication throughout every customer interaction.Ensure all customer and job details are accurately entered into the CRM.Follow internal processes to support efficient scheduling and service delivery.Industry Knowledge
Utilize prior US-based home service industry experience to answer customer questions and set proper expectations regarding service needs.What Makes You a Perfect Fit

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone-based roles.Mandatory : Prior experience in the US home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, cleaning, restoration, etc.).Excellent English communication skills (C1 or above).Ability to meet booking targets, membership goals, and daily call-time requirements.Experience with CRM or scheduling software.Strong multitasking ability and adherence to processes.What Does a Typical Day Look Like
Your day will involve answering inbound calls, converting them into scheduled service jobs, and promoting membership offerings. You will enter all customer information into the CRM, coordinate scheduling based on availability, and consistently work toward meeting booking targets, membership goals, and call-time requirements. Throughout the day, you will communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience from the moment they reach out.
