Salesforce Developer (Costa Rica) — Immediate / Urgent Hire

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer based in Costa Rica to join a leading Healthcare / Med-Tech client .

This is an urgent, immediate-start role , supporting a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Enterprise) environment with 52 licenses.

You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced team handling ongoing enhancements, integrations, and custom development work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows
• Build and maintain integrations (REST / SOAP / middleware)
• Participate in sprint planning, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with HLS data security and audit requirements
• Work closely with product owners and tech leads across global teams

Requirements

Must be located in Costa Rica (client hub presence required)

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST API integrations

Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Enterprise)

English fluency — written and verbal
