Business Central Developer (Remote - Latam)

This role offers the chance to design and implement impactful Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions across multiple business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, optimize workflows, and customize the platform to meet business needs. The position emphasizes both technical expertise and strategic thinking, providing autonomy and influence over project design and execution. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, objectives, and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into Business Central configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Align Business Central modules—including finance, billing, banking, and reporting—with existing business processes.
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize system performance and business efficiency.
• Provide technical and functional support to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Contribute to integration projects with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
