Your Impact

As Officer, Payroll, you will help ensure Newmont employees are paid accurately and on time. You’ll process payroll data, maintain accurate records, handle employee inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement in payroll services.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

• Process employee payroll data in SAP, reconciling errors before final submission.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, pay history, and tax documentation.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to pay, tax, and social security deductions, liaising as necessary.
• Support payroll reporting and audit requirements.
• Follow established performance standards and compliance requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
