Descripción del trabajo2+ years' experience as a BDR / SDR or similar sales role in the tech / SaaS industry . Comfortable handling high call volumes (80-100+) and engaging with prospects over phone and email. Strong English proficiency and fluency (spoken & written). Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar. Track record of hitting targets and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into more senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80-100+), emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and track all activities in a modern CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to resonate with business needs.
- Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around activity and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise prospecting strategies.
